At North Liverpool Academy, we are deeply committed to our core values – Aspire, Community, and Experience – and to delivering a first-class, inclusive education that equips every young person for their future.
Following our inspection on 12 May 2026, we are delighted to share that North Liverpool Academy has achieved the Expected Standard across all evaluated areas, with our robust safeguarding measures fully met. Inspectors observed a school driven by a highly ambitious vision, where classrooms are tranquil environments and students demonstrate complete dedication to their education.
Key Highlights from our 2026 Report
Academic Progress and Achievement: Our pupils consistently achieve well in national examinations at both Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. Notably, our disadvantaged pupils typically attain and progress above national averages due to bespoke, impactful teaching support.
Exceptional Attendance and Behaviour: Driven by high staff expectations, almost all students rise to the challenge. Thanks to close partnership work with families, attendance across all pupil groups remains higher than the national average.
A Safe, Inclusive Community: We maintain a supportive, open culture in which safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and students report feeling safe, valued, and respected. Bullying and discrimination remain rare, and any incidents are dealt with swiftly.
Enriching Experiences: True to our vision of broadening horizons, we leverage pupil premium funding creatively to provide digital tools and an unusually wide array of extracurricular clubs – ranging from rowing and classics to international trips to places like Rome and New York.
