A welcoming community, exciting opportunities and a strong start to secondary school.
The Year 7 experience at NLA goes beyond the classroom. Students have access to a wealth of opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills and discover what they are capable of achieving.
Inspiring curiosity and academic excellence
Our Scholars Programme offers a bespoke pathway for our most able students, providing opportunities to stretch and challenge themselves while developing the knowledge, confidence and skills to aim high. Through our Super Curriculum, students can explore subjects in greater depth, take part in enrichment activities and broaden their horizons beyond the classroom, helping to prepare them for future study at leading universities.
Year 7 students also have opportunities to get involved in practical learning, enrichment activities and student leadership, giving them the chance to develop their interests, contribute to the school community and make their voices heard.
